1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Orynna, you agree to these terms. If you use Orynna for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.
2. Accounts and beta access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password, and activity in your workspace. Beta access may be invitation-only and features may change while the product is being tested.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of records and files you upload. You grant Orynna the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Orynna to break laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, send spam, access another user’s data, bypass usage limits, or automate harmful or deceptive activity.
5. AI features
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You must review output before relying on it or sending it to another person. Orynna never intends AI-generated email to be sent without your approval.
6. Free trials, subscriptions, and credits
No-card product trials end automatically and return to Free unless you choose to subscribe. Paid Pro subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Purchased AI credits are separate from plan access and do not unlock Pro features.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and taxes are shown before checkout. Except where law requires otherwise, fees for completed subscription periods and consumed digital credits are non-refundable.
8. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Third-party APIs, provider approvals, quotas, and platform changes can affect integrations.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for serious violations, security risks, fraud, nonpayment, or misuse. You may stop using Orynna at any time and request account deletion.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Orynna is provided “as is” to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, Orynna is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
