1. Who we are
Orynna provides software for creators to manage deals, contacts, deadlines, contracts, invoices, files, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
2. Information we collect
We collect account details, workspace records you create, uploaded files, billing and subscription references, support messages, waitlist submissions, and technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
When you connect an approved third-party service, Orynna receives only the permissions and data you authorize. Connection tokens are stored encrypted.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide the product, secure accounts, process payments, send requested communications, improve reliability, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI processing
AI features send the request and relevant workspace context to the configured AI provider only when you choose to run an AI action. We do not intentionally send unrelated workspace records. See the AI Data Notice for more detail.
5. Service providers
Orynna may use providers such as Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for AI generation, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and connected platform APIs you authorize.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You can request deletion using the Data Deletion page or by emailing support@orynna.app.
7. Your choices
You may disconnect integrations, update public media-kit information, cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal, export supported records, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
8. Security
We use authentication, row-level database permissions, private storage, encrypted integration tokens, signed URLs, and restricted server-side secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Orynna is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as Orynna develops. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated to account holders.
