Disconnect a connected service
Open Dashboard → Integrations and choose Disconnect. Orynna removes the stored connection and stops future synchronization. Revoking access directly inside Google, Meta, or TikTok is also recommended.
Request account deletion
Email support@orynna.app from the address on your Orynna account. Include the workspace name and the words “delete my Orynna account.”
Verification and timing
We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to records we must retain for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.
What deletion means
Deletion can permanently remove workspace records and private files. Public media-kit links stop working. Some limited logs or payment records may remain where required for security or law.
