What is sent
When you run an AI workflow, Orynna sends your request, the selected workflow, and the records you explicitly select or that the workflow clearly requires. Contract analysis can include the attached PDF you choose.
Standard versus Advanced AI
Standard AI uses limited context such as your profile and selected record. Advanced AI can retrieve relevant records across your workspace and use saved voice or business preferences.
Human review
AI output can be wrong. Review contracts, numbers, dates, claims, and messages before relying on or sending them. Orynna does not replace a lawyer, accountant, tax professional, or financial adviser.
Email safety
AI can prepare or review emails, but the user must approve sending. Orynna does not intentionally allow silent autonomous sending.
Usage records
Orynna stores workflow history, credit usage, selected source references, and generated output so you can reopen prior work and so billing limits can be enforced.
Your control
You can choose not to use AI, remove saved AI preferences, avoid attaching sensitive files, and delete workspace records you no longer need.
